The short version

This site has no accounts, no tracking and no advertising. We keep what you deliberately send us: a star rating, a note, or an order. Nothing else.

What we keep on our server

The shop runs on one small database. These are the only things in it that came from you.

• The star ratings you give to items on the menu, with a random id for your browser so that rating the same cake twice replaces your first rating instead of adding a second one. That id is not linked to your name or your phone.
• Any note you leave in the notes section, with the name you typed on it. Notes are shown publicly on the page, so please do not write anything private in one.
• A copy of each order prepared here: your name, your phone number, the day you asked for, the items and any note. We keep it so we can look your order up if you ask.

What stays on your device

Your basket is kept in your own browser and is never sent to us until you confirm the order. Clearing your browser data empties it.

What we receive

Your order reaches us when you press send inside WhatsApp. At that point we see your name, your phone number, the day you asked for, your order and any note you added. WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy terms.

If you call us or send an email instead, we keep your number or address for as long as it takes to deal with your order.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies. It loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers to fetch the font file.

Removing your information

Ask us on WhatsApp or by email and we will delete your note, your rating or your order from the database. To empty your basket, clear the site data in your browser settings.
