What this site is

This site shows what we bake and helps you write an order. Nothing you do here books anything. An order exists once you send the message on WhatsApp and we reply to confirm it.

Prices

Prices on the menu are for the whole cake or the whole box, and they can change. The price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay.

Notice and collection

Layer cakes need two days of notice. Cookies and cinnamon rolls are usually ready the same day. We confirm a collection time when we reply to your message. Orders not collected on the agreed day may not keep.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as soon as you can. We can usually change an order up to 24 hours before it is due. After we have started baking, ingredients already used may still be charged.

Allergies

Everything is baked in one small kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy and nuts. We cannot promise that any item is free of traces. If you have an allergy, tell us in your order note before you send it.

Ratings and notes

Star ratings and notes are there for honest opinions about what we bake. We may hide a note that is abusive, that advertises something, or that shares someone else's personal details.

Liability

We are responsible for the quality of what we bake. We are not responsible for losses beyond the value of the order, for example an event that did not go to plan.

Governing law

These terms follow the law of the country the bakery operates in. Disputes go to the courts of that country.
